Unity 3D - Lighting

The lighting for the game needs to be very dark and gloomy to create a horror atmosphere.

I began by adding point lights map.  I had a long row of red ones for the main corridor of the scene and adjusted them as I went along the bends and side-corridors making them more white and yellow.

There are a total of only 45 point lights game. They can be seen here in contrast with the unlit areas:











The reason there are not more is because of a gameplay element I will be implementing soon.
